At the end of the Masonic year, the Brethren will elect your successor. Very often the transition from Worshipful Master to Past Master is a difficult one. It was with mixed feelings that I rapped my gavel for the last time. Since then I have assumed other chairs and am Secretary of my Lodge. I instruct the younger men who are going through the chairs. Often, our PMs fade away and become only a name in the monthly notice.
